Cancellation Policy
At Zein Fragrance, we understand that sometimes plans change. To make the process smooth, cancellations are allowed under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately after placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund on Cancellations: If cancellation is approved before shipping, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Razorpay’s transaction charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Post-Shipment Cancellations: Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy to initiate a return/refund request within 3 days.
