Refund Policy
At Zein Fragrance, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes, attars, bakhoor, and aromatic items), special conditions apply for refunds and cancellations.
- Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Refunds will not be accepted after this period.
- Products that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund. Fragrances must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.
- Delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval. Razorpay charges (if applicable) will be deducted.
- Refunds are subject to inspection. If the product is used, tampered with, or damaged, no refund will be processed. Cancellations before shipment are eligible for a full refund (excluding Razorpay charges).
