1. Returns

We strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, if you need to return an item, the following conditions apply:

• Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products, as well as those tampered with, will not be accepted.
• Non-Returnable Products: Gift cards, items on sale, and custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
