Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
We accept payments through Razorpay (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets), as well as PayPal for international orders.
Zein Fragrance reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
All payment information is processed securely through Razorpay’s encrypted payment gateway. Zein Fragrance does not store your card or banking details.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India and selected international locations.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
Zein Fragrance is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or customs clearance.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of perfumes, attars, and bakhoor, returns are accepted only if the product is unused, sealed, and in original condition.
Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay/PayPal) within 7–10 working days after inspection.
